Video Ideas Productions Inc. and PointsMap LLC (us, we, or our) operates the PointsMap software on behalf of our clients, for whom the software has been created. This document informs the user (you, your) of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of the app.

This privacy policy only covers usage of our Android and iOS Applications, and does not include usage of our website (www.pointsmap.com) as that is covered by a separate privacy policy.

Information Collection and Use

While using our app, we do not currently collect or store any personally identifiable data based on any input that you, the user, may provide. Nowhere in the app will we ask you to provide identifiable infomation.

The only information we do collect, which will be explained in more detail below in the Log Data section, is minimal log data.

Log Data

Like many other apps, we may collect information about your habits browsing our app. All of this data is completely completely anonymized and can in no way be linked back to your specific usage.

Here is a list of all the information we do collect, and an brief explanation of our usage of said information.

Data Collected:

• Point Hit Data:
  We collect anonymized data based on which points you and other users frequently visit, and the time they at which were visited. This data is stored collectively in our secure databases and, as stated before, has no identifiable information associated with it.

  We do not store information such as your IP Address, name, email, or any other information that may be used to identify you personally.

• Favorite Point Data:
  We may collect anonymized data based on your favorite points and those of other users. This data would be treated like all other data we collect, and be in no way associated with or traceable back to you as an individual.
